⚫️ i-Adjective くなります・na-Adjective になります・Noun になります
“なります” is an intransitive verb. It means that something changes.
It’s summer now.
atsu-kunarimashita.
( It’s hot now. )
It’s autumn leaves season.
happa [ga] aka-kunarimashita.
( The leaves turned red. )
Today is my son’s birthday.
musuko [wa] nana-sai [ni] nari-mashita.
( My son turned 7 years old today. )

na-Adjective -になります
Noun になります
⚫️ i-Adjective くします・na-Adjective にします・Noun にします
“します” is a transitive verb.It means that someone changes something.
kanojo [wa] heya [o] kura-kushimashita.
( She dimmed the room. )
tanaka-san [wa] rāmen [o] kara-kushimashita.
( Mr.Tanaka made a Ramen noodle spicy. )
haha [wa] kāten [o] doresu-ni-shimashita.
( My mother made a dress from curtains. )
i-Adjective (
na-Adjective -にします
Noun にします
⚫️ Noun にします
“Noun にします” is also used to say your choice or decision.
at a restaurant
watashi [wa] karē-ni-shimasu.
( I’ll do curry. )
shinkansen [de] iki-masuka? hikōki [de] iki-masuka?
( Which would you like going by Shinkansen or plane? )
B : ひこうきにします。
hikōki-ni-shimasu.
( I’m going by plane. )
