⚫️ Verb Ta-form ほうがいいです
meaning : should doThis is an expression that you give somebody some advice.

motto undō shita-hō [ga] ī-desu [yo].
( You should do more exercise. )
“よ” is often used together in the ending of the sentence. It expresses the speaker’s intention which is telling something.
