meaning : Can I get something?It is a phrase to order food or drink.
kōhī [o] kudasai.
( Can I get coffee? )
“Counting word” is often used together.
kōhī [o] futatsu kudasai.
( Can I get 2 cups of coffee? )
⚫️ Counting Words
These counting words are used for a various group of things up to 10.

meaning : Please do.You ask something.

mō ikkai itte-kudasai.
( Please say that again. )
You recommend something.
yukkuri yasunde-kudasai.
( Please take a rest. )
You instruct something to somebody, but it’s not strict.
kutsu [o] nuide-kudasai.
( Please take shoes off. )
Verb Te-form ください
⚫️ Verb Nai-form でください
meaning : Please do not do.You prohibit somebody from doing something.
kyōshitsu [de] tabemono [o] tabenaide-kudasai.
( Please do not eat at a classroom. )
You ask somebody not to do something.
mienai-node, tatanaide-kudasai.
( I can not see, so please do not stand up. )
